International students have the option of scheduling a virtual appointment with an immigration coordinator Monday – Friday, 1 – 4 p.m. through our online system. In-person advising is available by request only.
Pick the day and time that fits in your schedule. An immigration coordinator will be assigned based on availability.
Fill in the information on the bottom portion of the screen. All fields are required unless optional is listed.
You will receive an email confirming the appointment. On the day of your scheduled appointment, your scheduled advisor will email you with a link to your virtual Zoom meeting.
The system has been set up to continue to provide the same level of service and availability. If there are no appointments available and this is an emergency, contact the front desk at 614-292-6101 or email an immigration coordinator at iss@osu.edu to discuss your options.
Please use the link in the confirmation email to change or cancel your appointment. If you no longer have the email, contact us at iss@osu.edu to cancel an appointment. We can then remove the existing scheduled appointment so you may reschedule it at a different time.
