She begins low, with teapot spout close to cup and then boldly begins lifting it to greater and greater heights as the steaming mint liquid fills the glass. Respect. By pouring the tea at great heights, you're instilling more respect upon your guests. More than a relief from the bustling bazaars and warm desert air, Moroccan tea ceremonies are a symbol of a culture rich in hospitality and tradition."
